Discussion of New Item Type standardization project, vote on forwarding Reciprocity Policy to Users Group, New User Profile documentation, potential clean-up project moving JUV/YA profiles to ADULT if over 18.
Reminders about billing procedures, discussion of updates to user profile documentation, circ map review, discussion of user statuses, discussion of draft reciprocity policy and standardization of item types.
Reminders about creating configuration file backup, installing Workflows update, and setting up receipts. Brief discussion of Institutional Cards. Continued to discuss Reciprocity Policy.
Reviewed new policies: Printed Patron PII, Clean Holds Shelf, In-Transit Policy. All policies approved and recommended to share with Users Group. Began to discuss Reciprocity Policy.
Discussed juvenile cards and individual library policies and procedures for these accounts. Discussed Cards for Kids and Disabled Veterans rules. Discussed porfiles for these cards and for e-resource only cards. Reviewed IGAs and student cards. Reviewed picklists,onshelf items wizard, and the clean hold shelf lists.

Circulation Policy Sub-Committee
Purpose
A Circulation Policy Subcommittee was formed at the Circulation Committee Meeting on November 3, 2011. The Circulation Policy Subcommittee was responsible for the revision of the RSA circulation and hold policies.
